NOM-ID Cards
Information Related to ID Card of National Sport Council and Nepal Olympic Committee
National Sports Council and Nepal Olympic Committee have given the responsibility of collecting records of sports-sportsmen and to prepare identity cards by Nepal Olympic Museum. The archives collected by this museum will be published / broadcast in the sports directory, online and mobile app.

Note:
- ID card will be valid for 5 years.
- For Digital Archive, an additional Rs. 300 / - will have to be paid.
- Home delivery of ID card in major cities is done by paying additional cost of Rs. 200/
- To pay ID card fee through back deposit or money transfer or through E-sewa or Khalti app will be done
- Documents required for ID card
- To attach the attached form.
- Passport photo - 2 copies.
- Photocopy of citizenship or passport or license or PAN card or Voter ID or any of the student cards.
- Your personal bio data.
- A photocopy of an important certificate of your playing life.
- Important photos related with your playing Career.
